Tyler VanLonkhuyzen is a Partner in Seyfarth Shaw's Corporate Department. He concentrates his practice in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Mr. VanLonkhuyzen represents both buy side and sell side clients in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures involving numerous industries.  Mr. VanLonkhuyzen also regularly represents lenders, borrowers and investors in connection with finance transactions ranging from senior secured financings to mezzanine  and venture debt financings.  Additionally, Mr. VanLonkhuyzen represents family offices and companies as general outside counsel on a broad range of matters, including equity investments, contract negotiations, corporate governance and general corporate matters, involving industries ranging from technology and media to manufacturing.
