With three decades of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate lending, Willard can satisfy his clients' needs in every area.

Willard has worked both at law firms and in-house, across a wide variety of lending programs and projects. Drawing on this broad experience helps him identify issues and find solutions to difficult problems.

Willard has represented national banks, life insurance companies, securitized lenders, and alternative lenders. He has handled construction loans, term loans, bridge loans, and mezzanine loans. Additionally, Willard has represented both real estate borrowers and lenders in their warehouse financings. With this breadth of experience, he can find creative solutions to clients' matters.
