William B. Eck has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in health care transactional, regulatory and enforcement matters. He has represented parties in over 30 hospital purchase and sale transactions, as well as numerous purchases, sales and financings of long term care facilities, durable medical equipment companies and other provider types.
 
Mr. Eck also has previously served as the Chief of Healthcare Affairs and General Counsel of a public company client under a criminal and civil Medicare fraud investigation.  He is one of the few attorneys nationally to have represented health care clients in successfully working through both corporate integrity agreements and a deferred prosecution agreement that mandated substantial compliance program and organizational change for a public company.  He regularly advises clients on Stark, fraud and abuse and other compliance and reimbursement matters.
