William Hudson is an associate in the Real Estate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, reinvestment, and development of commercial real estate, including multi-family, hospitality, senior housing, retail, office and industrial assets. Mr. Hudson also assists clients with mezzanine and construction financing, commercial mortgage financing (including CMBS), and the acquisition and sale of distressed debt. He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing and ground lease transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Hudson interned for the Hon. Mary Grace Diehl, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia and the Federal Trade Commission.

Mr. Hudson is fluent in Spanish.
