We are pleased to host our 8th panel discussion on the current economic and transactional landscape.  Please join us to hear from leading industry experts on the state of the U.S. economy and the M&A market in Chicago and beyond.

Keynote speaker Diane Swonk will kick-off the panel with a discussion on “The Economy Beyond the Fed: What We Can and Can't Endure.”  Diane will be looking at the outlook for the U.S. economy with special attention to “fat tail” or black swan events as they have become known in recent years. The U.S. is doing better in what could be a deteriorating global environment. What does that mean? And what, if anything, can be done to avert worst case outcomes. Moreover, is it worth it?

Space is limited - please register to save your space!

Additional panel topics will include:

  • The M&A marketplace, including auctions, valuations, cross border transactions and private equity versus strategic deals
  • Current state of commercial banking and loan terms and views on lending in M&A transactions
  • Legal developments and current trends that will affect your deals
