Julia Jacobson, partner in Seyfarth's Boston office, is co-presenting at the ABA webinar “Tips and Traps: Navigating Data Privacy and Security in Healthcare and Life Sciences Transactions” on June 29th.

This 90-minute webinar will cover privacy issues in health care and life science mergers and acquisitions, including issues related due diligence, business associate agreements, cybersecurity, representations and warranties, and post-transaction data integration.  Bodies of law covered by the webinar will include HIPAA, FTC, state laws, and non-U.S. privacy and security laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation.
