ExcelAbility: the ability to excel. That's what people with disabilities expect from themselves and ask colleagues, managers, and employers to expect also.

The All Abilities Groups of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC-NYC) invite you to participate in a panel discussion and mini-workshop featuring role models for success. The panel will address questions such as “What are the success factors that have enabled those with disabilities to succeed?” and “Why hire people with disabilities?” , and discuss techniques and practices of role models with disabilities in law and business that enabled them to be successful.

This event will be of interest not only to individuals with disabilities, but also to companies seeking to benefit from a more diverse and inclusive workforce. These success factors are universally relevant and can be significant to you in your own life and career.

Seyfarth’ s All Abilities Affinity Group is believed to be the first law-firm-affinity group of its type, with a simple but broad mission:  encourage developing the talent of all, innovating solutions to access, and empowering the disability community, including its allies.  ACC-NYC’s All Abilities Legal Resource Group was an inspiration.
