"The Asset Over Your Head"

Dennis Greenstein along with coop board member Robert Miller will be discussing all the elements that go into converting a cooperative or condominium roof space into an outdoor area that residents can enjoy. This seminar will go beyond the business and legal issues of such a project to include topics regarding practical issues and problems and how to anticipate and resolve them. There are many factors to consider before commencing in a rooftop renovation. The presenters will review all the necessary steps to take in order to avoid the saying, “If only I knew then, what I know now.”

This event is free for representatives of CNYC member cooperatives and condominiums, but advanced registration is required. Non-members are required to pay a $50 fee, payable in advance. To pay at the door, preregister and add $15.
