Colleen Gomos, partner of Seyfarth's Corporate department, is presenting the NAPBS webinar "Top Ten Common Corporate Issues for Background Screening Companies" on May 24, 2017.

This session will highlight corporate issues that background screening companies commonly face, including entity selection, shareholder agreements, the importance of keeping books and records, and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.  Other topics include service agreements, insurance, indemnity and contracting with government entities.
