The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act are now law. These two bills set off sweeping changes that impact all businesses - small and large. Key provisions such as, elimination of pre-existing conditions for children, small business tax credits, and removal of lifetime caps, will go into effect immediately.
