The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act are now law. These two bills set off sweeping changes that impact all businesses - small and large. Key provisions such as, elimination of pre-existing conditions for children, small business tax credits, and removal of lifetime caps, will go into effect immediately. Other major provisions go into effect in 2014. Do you know how these provisions will affect you and your business?

Seyfarth Shaw attorney Ben Conley will participate in this panel discussion, along with  Michael McRaith, director of the Illinois Department of Insurance, the agency responsible for implementing the new mandates.
