International Franchise Association's 50th Annual Convention

“Litigation/Arbitration with Franchisees: Cost Containment; How, When & Why" and "Financial Performance Representations: How to Do it Right”

Robert Milligan and Marcus Mintz of Seyfarth Shaw will be presenting at the upcoming International Franchise Association (IFA) National Convention in San Antonio, Texas on behalf of the firm’s Franchise and Dealer Dispute group.  The convention runs from February 5-8, 2010.

During the Business Solution Roundtables on February 8th, Mr. Milligan will be leading the roundtable discussion on “Litigation/Arbitration with Franchisees: Cost Containment; How, When & Why,” and Mr. Mintz will be leading the roundtable on “Financial Performance Representations: How to Do it Right.”  These roundtables are intended to offer franchisors a range of cutting-edge topics relevant to how business is conducted on a daily basis.
