This session, which is the first in our series, will focus on the employment law aspects of international mergers and acquisitions, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). It is intended for HR managers, in-house employment counsel and in-house transaction counsel with international responsibilities that cover EMEA and involve business acquisitions, disposals, outsourcing and insourcing.
