Jason Lichter will be leading a presentation on the benefits of early data assessment (EDA), more commonly referred to as early case assessment (ECA). In particular, Jason will touch upon when and under what circumstances EDA is a good fit, as well as how it can be used to achieve substantial cost savings while at the same time reducing eDiscovery risk exposure.

This course was designed for legal and technical professionals of all levels, including in-house counsel, IT staff, records managers, law firm attorneys, litigatin support professionals, paralegals, and government officials. Any individual with responsibility to identify, preserve, review and produce ESI in an investigation, litigation or regulatory matter should attend this course.
