Kathleen McConnell to Present at Innovation in eDiscovery

Kathleen McConnell will be presenting at the Fourth Annual Innovation in eDiscovery Conference hosted by Sandpiper Partners on February 15, 2017 at the City Club in San Francisco on “Proportionality, Early Preservation, Production and Sanctions Under the New Rules.  Developing New Techniques Early in the Matter to Avoid Costly Missteps.”  Kathleen will be joined on the panel by Chief Magistrate Judge Laporte (chair of the Northern District of California’s eDiscovery Subcommittee) and the Honorable Lorenzo F. Garcia, as well as several others.
