Kathleen McConnell to Participate in “The Yellow Brick Road Paved by the 2015 Rules Amendments” Panel at OpenText’s Enfuse 2018 Conference

Kathleen McConnell, member of Seyfarth's eDiscovery and Information Governance group, will serve as a panelist at Enfuse 2018. Other panel members include Karen Hourigan and Mathea Bulander of Redgrave LLP.

The panel, titled “The Yellow Brick Road Paved by the 2015 Rules Amendments,” will discuss how the 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules have been interpreted by the courts when addressing challenges to a party’s preservation efforts. Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with best practices, recent case law developments, and ways to tailor preservation approaches to avoid common pitfalls.
