Employers across the country are feeling the pain when it comes to paid sick leave laws, perhaps nowhere more than in our own backyard. As more local laws are enacted, employers are faced with the challenge of understanding when, where and how their businesses and employees are affected. Join us for a roundtable discussion focused on helping employers navigate the rapidly changing area of paid sick leave.

  • A summary of select state and local paid sick leave laws; 
  • New York and New Jersey sick leave policies and compliance; and  
  • A discussion on challenges employers face and best practices to handle real life paid sick leave issues.
