Shanghai Team to present on PRC and US Anti-Corruption Laws

Our Shanghai team presented an in-house seminar named "Navigating the Anti-Corruption Maze – Ins and Outs of PRC Anti-Bribery Laws and US FCPA" on October 24 at the Shanghai Office.

Bill Huang and Amanda Hu, two associates with the Shanghai Office, jointly presented on the current PRC and US anti-bribery laws, practices and cases.  They also provided insights and compliance tips customized for US-based companies doing business in China.

More than 20 senior legal and compliance officers with multinational companies attended the seminar, which was then followed by a highly interactive Q&A session which lasted almost an hour.
