This past year has seen a number of important court rulings addressing both the scope of attorney-client privileged communications as well as the extent to which attorney work product can be asserted.  These rulings have lead to both good and bad news for attorneys and their clients, and have left crucial questions open for interpretation.  This program is designed to help in-house attorneys sort through these new developments and address their practical implications.
