Employment class actions often turn on statistics and interpretation of data. This panel discusses how statistics are used at the class certification stage and at trial to establish a pattern or practice of discrimination, and how statistics can rebut such a pattern-and-practice.

The panelists will also discuss how best to present statistical evidence.
