The cost of this program is $75 for CCA members, $25 for students and $100 non-members.

During this half-day symposium, professionals from Seyfarth Shaw and Watson Wyatt Worldwide will share with participants key findings from recent research on global remuneration trends, as well as an update of key legal issues. In three separate breakout sessions, McDonald’s, Motorola and Underwriters Laboratories will share their approach to globalizing their total remuneration. After the first breakout session, we will facilitate break-out sections on three global areas: Asia Pacific, Latin America (including Mexico) and Europe. Individual company representatives and attorneys/consultants who have experience in these regions will be present at each of the breakout sessions to address your specific country issues. This symposium is intended for advanced compensation practitioners who are looking to learn more about total remuneration or who are already practicing in this area.
