Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt, LLP, United Retirement Plan Consultants, T. Rowe Price, and Legg Mason have joined forces to present a series of seminars designed to inform Retirement Plan Advisors of the key things they need to know.

  • When was the last time that your client met with an ERISA attorney to discuss trends in regulations or lawsuits brought against plan sponsors?
  • When did you last meet with an ERISA auditor to discuss the most common causes for a Department of Labor plan investigation or ways to help your client avoid an audit?
  • Has the client spoken lately with a third party administrator to review if the original goals of putting the plan in place are still valid? Is the plan today an employee benefit, a tax shelter, both, or neither?

If the answers to some—or most—of these questions is an uncomfortable pause, then this is an event you do not want to miss!
