Gregory White to Present “On the SEC’s Radar: Securities Compliance in EB-5” at NES Financial 2016 EB-5 Innovation Summit

Gregory White, a partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate Department and a Steering Committee member of its Capital Markets Practice Group, who also co-chairs the firm’s EB-5 Immigrant Investment Specialty Team, will present on the panel “On the SEC’s Radar: Securities Compliance in EB-5” at the NES Financial Innovation Summit on February 9, 2016 in San Francisco.

Panelists will discuss what issuers need to know to be in compliance now and how to prepare for future securities compliance requirements.
