Gregory White Presenting at the September Chicago EB-5 Summit for Attorneys and Developers

Gregory White, a partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate Department and a Steering Committee member of its Capital Markets Practice Group, who also co-chairs the firm’s EB-5 Immigrant Investment Specialty Team, will be presenting at the EB-5 Summit for Attorneys and Developers on September 11, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois. Greg’s presentation, “Securities Issues in EB-5 transactions,” will focus on Broker-Dealer, Investment Adviser and Investment Company issues in EB-5 transactions.
