Steven Meier, chair of Seyfarth’s Corporate Department. co-chair of the firm’s Tax Practice, and co-lead of the firm's Opportunity Zone Funds Team, is serving as a panelist for “Alts Due Diligence to New Products” at ADISA's 2018 AI Research & Due Diligence Forum on July 11, 2018 in New York.

 

The panel will explore new entrants to our space—like the Opportunity Zone investments in the new tax reform—and the ensuing approaches to due diligence.
