Kimberly Gordy panelist at 17th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law

Kimberly Gordy, member of the firm’s Litigation department and Health Law practice group, was a panelist at a plenary session during the ABA Health Law Section 17th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law. The title was  “Birds, Bees, and Capacity: Balancing Patient Rights with Legal Risk in Healthcare Facilities." The conference took place on March 2-5 2016 in San Diego, CA.
