Shanghai Attorneys Presented at InnoXcell Asia Symposium

On December 2, 2016, Wan Li and Leon Mao presented a seminar discussing recently issued court opinions regarding employment law.  Our lawyers also provided a summary of key points and trends in potential amendment to the PRC Labor Contract Law.

More than 40 corporate counsels, HR and compliance officers attended this seminar, which was followed by a heated discussion of recent labor cases and the employers’ common request for a more “neutral” Labor Contract Law.
