Shanghai Team Spoke at 2014 Pharma Legal and Compliance Executive Event

On November 19th, our Shanghai team was invited to speak at the 2014 Pharma Legal and Compliance Executive Event at the Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai. 

In the opening remark, Wan Li, Managing Partner of the Shanghai office, provided his insights into China’s recent anti-corruption campaign and regulatory reform. During the panel discussion session, he also shared his best practice advice on how to uphold organizational integrity and maintain a sustainable development in China.

Amanda Hu, Associate with the Shanghai office, gave a keynote speech titled “Ins and Outs of the US FCPA from a China Perspective” followed by a case study session on recent US and China enforcement cases against pharma giants.

This event was attended by more than 30 legal and compliance executives, all from leading multinational companies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
