About the Program

In the wake of the new health plan transparency rules, a host of new employer health plan claims data is publicly available. The plaintiffs’ bar has indicated an interest in pursuing potential class action litigation based on this data, akin to the last two decades of 401(k) fee litigation.

Seyfarth attorneys dive into the background on the new transparency rules, explore potential class action causes of action, and arm you with action items to best position your plan and its fiduciaries.
