Seyfarth Shaw’s ADA Title III News & Insights blog was referenced in an October 22 story “Disability law becomes profit center for some” from the Houston Chronicle regarding the firm’s report on the number of ADA Title III lawsuits filed against public accommodations in 2016. The report says that ADA lawsuits filed in federal courts have jumped more than 60 percent over the past year, growing to more than 3,400 in the first six months of 2016, compared with 2,100 during the same period in 2015.
