Ben Briggs, Brent Clark, and Craig Simonsen’s blog post “OSHA Releases Two More Temporary Worker Guidance Documents” was referenced in a May 10 story “OSHA Publishes Guidance Documents on Temporary Workers” from The American Society of Safety Engineers. The authors noted the seriousness of the issue, saying the issue is one that can be difficult with levels and layers of owners, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary agencies providing and supervising site staff.
