Cindy Westervelt was quoted in an October 28 story “Retailers Follow Wal-Mart's Lead on Overtime Rule Compliance” in Bloomberg BNA on how large retailers are complying with the Labor Department’s new overtime requirements more than a month before enforcement begins. Westervelt said that retailers are going to be scrambling around figuring out what competitors are doing to comply.
