Marshall Babson was quoted in a July 12 story from Law360, "Tough Questions Expected For Trump's NLRB, DOL Picks," on the Senate confirmation hearings for the President's picks to fill the National Labor Relations Board's two vacancies. Babson said that he would be surprised if these nominees, like any prior nominees to the NLRB, or even judicial nominee, would express an opinion on a particular matter.
