Karen Bitar was quoted in a January 25 story from Reuters, "Victim testimony raises settlement pressure in Nassar suit," on how statutes of limitations often are the biggest impediment to lawsuits over sexual abuse from many years ago. Bitar said that there was danger in pushing such defenses.
