Noah Finkel was quoted in a June 1 story from SHRM, "Should Harassment Claims Be Subject to Arbitration?," on the reasons for exempting harassment claims from arbitration. Finkel said that employers don't face juries except in a small percentage of sexual harassment claims but have full-blown factual hearings before arbitrators. You can read the full article here.
