Chris Gardner was quoted in "Broad whistleblower protections could hit CFMEU," a December 18 story from the Financial Review on how broad whistleblower protections in the government's new union governance laws could mean senior construction union officials are jailed or face heavy penalties. Gardner said that the laws were a broad suite of changes designed to bring about cultural change.
