Michelle Gergerian was quoted in a January 3 story from SHRM, "Trump Administration Plans to Rescind Work Permits for Spouses of H-1B Workers," on how the 2018 immigration agenda includes reforms to professional, student visa worker programs. Gergerian said that the 2018 DHS regulatory agenda contains many changes that could greatly affect employers' business immigration programs as they pertain to individuals in H-1B, H-4 and F-1 status.
