Kathleen McConnell was quoted in a June 14 story from Legaltech News, "The Present and Future of Analytics at Today’s Law Firms," on her Legalweek West panel where she discussed strategies and predictions for analytics in e-discovery, litigation and more. McConnell said that one of her team's main goals with e-discovery analytics actually has nothing to do with production for litigation, but rather seeing whether litigation is actually necessary in the first place.
