Scott Rabe quoted in the New York Times

Scott Rabe was quoted in a March 24 story from the New York Times, "Transgender Workers Gain New Protection Under Court Ruling," on a federal appeals court ruling this month which says that transgender people are protected by a civil rights law that bans workplace discrimination based on sex.
