Jury Says Emerson Owes BladeRoom $30M For IP Theft," on how a California federal jury held that American manufacturing giant Emerson Electric Co. owes U.K.-based BladeRoom Group Ltd. $30 million for stealing trade secrets to build a massive Facebook data center. Rechtin said that that there is a lot of money flying around in the data center industry, with companies trying to differentiate themselves based on their technology.
