SeyfarthLean: The Way We Work

A large part of what makes Seyfarth’s Structured & Real Estate Finance practice unique centers around the firm’s distinctive client service model - called SeyfarthLean - the combines the core principles of Lean Six Sigma with technology, project management, process improvement and practical tools. For example, Seyfarth partnered with one of the country’s largest financial services companies to develop legal documents and procedures for the loan process of a new CMBS platform. Implementation of the new process resulted in efficient closing and greater legal pricing predictability.
