John also regularly handles matters involving wage and hour issues, wrongful termination claims, discrimination and harassment claims, disability claims, breach of contract issues, and investigations by government agencies such as the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. John has significant experience defending management in class and collective actions under the FLSA and Title VII, including pattern or practice litigation.
