More About Patrick

Patrick assists clients with environmental counseling, environmental litigation, general commercial litigation, and OSHA/MSHA litigation and counseling. He is also a member of the firm’s Catastrophe Response Team, and is a founding member of the firm’s COVID-19 Task Force.

Patrick is a skilled litigator who defends clients in federal, state, and administrative tribunals on a wide array of issues, including environmental regulatory compliance, Superfund remediation and liability, air and water permitting, solid and hazardous waste, pesticide registrations, and liability under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Mine Safety and Health Act. He also counsels clients on CERCLA and RCRA liability, compliance with RMP/PSM requirements associated with highly-hazardous chemicals, FIFRA pesticide compliance, environmental due diligence, inspections by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and whistleblower allegations arising under numerous federal laws, including the OSH Act. Prior to his legal career, Patrick worked as an environmental consultant in San Francisco, preparing environmental impact statements under RCRA, CERCLA, and the California Environmental Quality Act.

Patrick is excited to be a member of the firm’s Seattle office, and looks forward to counseling and defending clients based in the Pacific Northwest and across the Western United States. Patrick is also an amateur tuba player and is active in a local community band.
