Add Us to Your Safe Sender List

To ensure you receive emails from us, we advise that you take the following steps:

Add our Sender Domain to Your Allowed Sender's List

Please contact your IT team or Email Administrator and ask that they add our sender domain and sending IP address range to your company's allowed sender's list.  Seyfarth Shaw’s email system is fully compliant with email security standards (known as DMARC) to help prevent malicious actors from impersonating the Seyfarth.com email domain.

Sender domain: Seyfarth.com

Sending addresses: SeyfarthShaw@seyfarth.com and Events@seyfarth.com

Sending IP Address: 193.5.144.64/28 

Add Us to Your Safe Sender List 

If you do not have an IT resource that can perform the steps above and/or you use a webmail client such as Gmail for your email, please add us to your safe sender list using the instructions below:

Outlook 2010 & Later Versions

  1. In the home tab, click the Junk drop down menu
  2. Then click Junk Email Options
  3. Navigate to the Safe Recipients tab
  4. Click the Add button
  5. Type in seyfarthshaw@seyfarth.com
  6. Click OK
  7. Click the Add button again
  8. Type in events@seyfarth.com
  9. Click OK

Outlook 2003 & 2007

  1. Go to Tools menu, click Options
  2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail button
  3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
  4. In the Add address, put seyfarthshaw@seyfarth.com
  5. Click OK
  6. Perform the same steps and add events@seyfarth.com 

Gmail

  1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  2. Go to Add Contact
  3. Add seyfarthshaw@seyfarth.com into the primary email address dialog box
  4. Click Save
  5. Perform the same steps and add events@seyfarth.com 

Yahoo

  1. Open your mailbox and click Mail Options
  2. Select Filters
  3. Click the Add link on the Filters page
  4. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and seyfarthshaw@seyfarth.com
  5. Click the Choose Folder pull down menu and select inbox
  6. Pick the Add Filter button
  7. Perform the same steps and add events@seyfarth.com
