About the Program

In the wake of President Donald Trump’s re-election and the resulting political landscape, Seyfarth attorneys hosted a post-election webinar examining what the next four years could mean for employers. Now, 100 days into the new administration, the conversation continues with a timely follow-up on key developments and what lies ahead.

Join us for this discussion on the first 100 days of the second Trump administration, featuring special guest Glenn Spencer, SVP of the Employment Policy Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The panel will examine how early actions, policy signals, and agency appointments are beginning to shape the landscape of labor and employment law.

Panelists will share focused insights on what employers can expect in key areas including immigration, traditional labor, wage & hour, EEO, and developments under the NLRA and at the NLRB.

Walk away with practical takeaways on what’s changed—and what’s coming—so you can stay prepared and strategic in a fast-moving environment.
