About the Program

Being flexible for clients is an essential part of a lawyer’s job. Understanding and adapting to market or regulatory changes, technology, upticks, recessions – it is all part of a long and steady career. But, are you as nimble with your business development? Are you able to grow a book of business even when overwhelmingly busy or unmotivatingly slow, or when a pandemic hits and all of your best networking opportunities are scraped. This recording focuses on how uncontrollable disruptions can lead to creative business development ideas and new habits. We will discuss what has changed in business development and personal branding, what will stand the test of time and what is more important now than ever. Participants will have an opportunity to identify tactics and ideas that will help them stay agile and innovative during the most disruptive times.
