Bloomberg Law quoted Ada Dolph in its article, “Pending DOL Report to Consider Pension Risk Transfer Changes,” on May 14. Dolph discussed how the Department of Labor’s (DOL) report appears likely to propose changes on pension risk transfers that lay out standards for employers in selecting third-party insurers to convert plan funds into annuity contracts.
