Ada Dolph was quoted in an April 24 story from Human Resource Executive regarding SEC Office of the Whistleblower Chief Sean McKessy’s recent remarks on efforts to clamp down on confidentiality statements. Dolph said that it is clear that we can expect further SEC enforcement actions in this area.
