Alan Cabral quoted in SHRM

Alan Cabral was quoted in a September 2 story “California Moves Forward with State-Sponsored Retirement Plan” from SHRM on a new California bill that would require certain private-sector employers to arrange for automatic payroll deposits into employee retirement savings accounts. Cabral said that the program would apply to employers with five or more employees and without any other retirement plan.
