Ana Cid to Speak at IFSEA Webinar: Resolving Founder and Executive Disputes Through Mediation

On Monday June 12, 2023, Ana Cid, International Employment Law Partner in Seyfarth's New York office, will join a panel of experts in a webinar for the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA).

The panelists will discuss how different jurisdictions approach the voluntary mediation of disputes between key corporate players, including how mediation is different from direct negotiation, when (and under what circumstances) it is an option, and what are its upsides and downsides.
