Annette Tyman, Michael Childers and Matthew Martin were quoted in an August 17 story from Bloomberg BNA, "REVISED EEO-1 REPORT: DESPITE UNCERTAINTY, EMPLOYERS SHOULD START TO PREPARE<' on their webinar, "Understanding the New EEO-1 Report: Pay Data and ‘Hours Worked’ Requirements." Tyman warned that this statistical data is not going to show a whole lot, if anything at all, about pay discrimination.
